So it all end to Steam? Well...maybe a less danger fuel or different fusion to get Steam?
Put hot stuff in cool stuff...generate heat and steam...which turns a turbine. Class dismissed.
I can now understand
So it's basically a big expensive water kettle
Coming here from three mile island on netflix:)
U235 is the only isotope that's fissinable. U238 doesn't have a chain reaction. U238 is enriched to around 5% U235 in order to be used for nuclear power. The U235 is what creates the energy.
Good information 👍👍👍
Good video. 👌🏻 I'm going to build my own.
That's steam energy 😊powered by nuclear
Sorry I gave a dislike by accident
I'm here after watching Chernobyl😅😅
Sounds like America got sold the wrong dream👀 not a big fan of nuclear power..they’re cleaner ways to generate electricity…

the secret desire to posses atomic weapons was the driving force for nuclear power. If it weren't the much safer, much cheaper Thorium cycle would have been explored instead of the Uranium one..
thing that ruined the idea : Politics
No CO2 in the world and all Dictatorships with nuclear industries.????? Nuclear winter is very cold. Now that's climate change.
Atomic energy is clean energy!
Let’s go.
i luv nuclear power and your videos!!
So that's where the Doctor was!

Do you have a new link to the bomb video?

Nuclear power is bad
Ah 2015, when we thought climate change was still 50 years away and going back to fossil fuel reactors was an option.

me omw to a nuclear reactor to take a quick swim
Damnit. I was positive I'd become like Spiderman...thanks for crushing my dreams...
Spoiler alert. You would die after horrible suffering.
No one would willingly fall into any kind of waste tank while committing suicide. To say so or to say instead that swimming in one is safe only shows a high degree of incompetence not worth listening to at all.
Why the astronaut suit?
Galen Winsor used to go swimming in the spent fuel pool. No problem.
Why green
4mins for literally nothing.
I actually want to swim in there so I can grow extra arms
If I did, I’d prob get fired for becoming FME
What if you stopped living in the "what if?"
I know this is theoretical conjecture bs but these facilities are closed to the public. Sorry the public can’t swim in theses facilities. Only qualified workers or escorted guest will ever be inside these facilities. And they won’t be allowed to be at risk of falling in. Not going to happen.
Falling in a nuclear pool really ruins your day
This video I think is a inaccurate.
I want powers 🙁
So glad I know this safety tip because there are fuel pools every 10 ft in my neighborhood. One never knows -
🤭😧😫
So basically this is a video saying you SHOULD swim in a spent nuclear fuel pool.
But why in a space suit tho
