Love your video! Unfortunately, the manual does not give the amount of water to use for 1 "cup" of rice. Does that mean you're not supposed to make only one?
I bought the one litre version of this rice cooker for cooking rice during this pandemic. It has similar grey coloured non-stick coating as shown in your video. After 4 months of use, I started to feel one or two bumps on the flat surface inside the pot while washing it. On day, I put on my reading glass to take a closer look and to my horror, those bumps are signs that the non-stick coating has started to come off. My rice cooker is maroon coloured with a steamer tray on top and I always use a wooden spoon to scoop the rice. This is really disappointing.
I bought it's old model in 1997 from Musthafa Singapore. Still in use.
I realize this was made a long time ago, but just wanted to add that I cook spaghetti sauce in mine. I start out sauteeing cut veggies, meat, and then add tomato sauce. It cooks very hot and will bubble a lot so I have to be careful not to get splashed or let it burn. It works great for 2 people who don't overdo the pasta. :) Thanks for the review!

I have a rice cooker that is a lot like that one but it doesn’t say Panasonic. It says National SR-3F. I didn’t have instructions so I haven’t used it. Now, I’m going to try it thanks to this video. Thank you for posting.

I have this rice cooker for years and I love it because it doesnot keep warm so the rice do'nt burn if you leave the rice cooker too long

Please please don't waste so much water when cooking rice, this is criminal! Don't use olive oil use rapeseed oil or sunflower oil as you don't want the oil to impart any flavor. Wash/rinse the rice first! i must admit it is an amusing video, a big spender too!
