The place where u mentioned to use for liquid detergent ,beneath it is completely hollow actually it completely falls out of washing tub ,that hole has no connection to the tub area. So better to use the liquid detergent where we use powder...Correct me if im wrong coz even im figuring out

For me as a seller n repair home aplliance..i surely recomend panasonic brand due to my experience this brand is so heavy duty...longtime body from rusting...and longlife the component before they broke down..i once repair a ten years washing machine brand panasonic that has almost 90% rust n broken body..but the mother board still ok..secondly i recomend a toshiba brand...
Never purchase any product of Panasonic ... instead go for any other brand ... Panasonic product gets spoiled within 7years and when we call out customer care they tell us the product cannot be repaired as the part of product isn’t available so plz throw it out or check out a dealer for urself and sell it .. we cannot help.. such disaster the Panasonic is .. if U find me I’m lying ... I’ve even got a voice note with me where the voice is clear
