Hi Sahil. I am having problems responding to YouTube comments and hope you see this. Is the drum a rebuild? Of so, buy a new OEM drum. If not, make sure that it is attached properly to the toner cartridge. Remove the unit, separate the components and carefully reassemble. I hope this helps.

Since we test multiple devices, we don't keep them for long. As far as refilling goes, it is a two-component cartridge and should be easier than most. However, we don't recommend using refilled cartridges.

Yes, but does it print three random questions for lost strangers who come to the door? Like on that movie "Welcome to Happiness"? Your printer model is a movie star. ;) , I have a Panasonic kx-p2023 and when I'm trying to connect it to my laptop (Windows 7 ultimate) it doesn't see it as a printer, it see it just as an USB. Any idea what the problem is? By the way, I don't have the drivers. Thanks
