I got the cu-ku24wkyxf series panasonic ac on feb 22 but returned it back because it constantly showed f91 error code and stopped cooling the room! The technician came home 5 to 6 times tried filling gas and deleting the error but it kept showing and he said it was a faulty sensor and asked my permission to change it and put a new one free of cost but i rejected it and returned the ac and got an mitsubishi electric one. Also as said in the video the technician don't know what they are doing. They always call someone and ask what to do and how to do 😶.
