The best effect of the polarizer is when the light from 90 degree. It's almost no effect when the light is parallel with your lens.
don't use auto-focus with it, auto focus will automatically fit the exposure. so obviously you won't see the difference with and without the filter

When views are less you can't even watch a video properly. YouTube slows down the video buffering too much. Your video just keeps buffering while all other videos with high number of views are running very smoothly.
