I don't believe at all in orient fans , they don't provide any service and no on road warranty provided They are also rude to customers Crompton is best , never faced any problem and if you need spare parts you get In orient getting spare parts is a far away thing , first they should provide good service I have orient snowfall pedestal fan in worst condition , that too I needed to rewound the motor Same aged crompton wind flo pedestal fan at same place and same kind of use has never faced any problem I have so many crompton fans of all types (50-60) of different different years , still awesome , they never needed any servicing because still working awesome I also have fans from other brands but crompton is best after full experience Fan is nice I liked it but there is some quality issue anyhow with orient fans

today i baught usha energia 32 watt bldc fan i was liking to buy atoberg but there was one biggest demerit of atomberg that if fan got dameg we cant repair in loacal market but thats design was awesome but price was too high i bought insted that offline from shop @3200 have 2 year warrenty and 1 no speed only power consmpsion 7 watt thats nice i solved my prob. because if usha fan got dameged i can replace from shop in whole 2 years its litterally smart fan.
