i'm 104kg weight work out 4 days a week how many times do i use this not to cause more harm then good
Great video. I have a very high metabolism and eat well along with no weight gains. Question. I already bought this exact one. I been working out hard for five months just regular eating but a lot healthier and I always drink a lot of water. When I started working out I wasn’t fat I was skinny with little bit of man boobs and little bit of a guy. Since I been working out Iv gained 7 pounds. I was 170 now I’m 177. I’m bigger in my chest and shoulders and biceps. Now the only reason why I bought this is because sometimes I miss meals or I’m unable to eat.
