I've been taking this on and off for years and when I do take it, my energy improves along with my muscle mass and definition. I do slightly more than half scoops with whole milk and water. I let some vitamine shoppe bro talk me out of buying it today but to be honest, I regret it because I've never had trouble with this product. Great video. I have a very high metabolism and eat well along with no weight gains. Started using serious mass and gained 20 pounds in a month and a half at 2 full shakes a day with milk while using cell tech. Recommendation Half a cup of powder, milk, yogurt & some fruits. (Peanut butter too) Which will make it last longer, and still give you some gain. This has a shit ton of chemicals, so you most likely will breakout if you don’t wash your face, and drink water. Question. I already bought this exact one. I been working out hard for five months just regular eating but a lot healthier and I always drink a lot of water. When I started working out I wasn’t fat I was skinny with little bit of man boobs and little bit of a guy. Since I been working out Iv gained 7 pounds. I was 170 now I’m 177. I’m bigger in my chest and shoulders and biceps. Now the only reason why I bought this is because sometimes I miss meals or I’m unable to eat.
