I bought two pack of the same pro gainer after watching this video, I should say that pro gainer is a rubbish protein shake because gained so much fat around my waist after consumption that I stopped other exercise and started abs exercise to get rid of the fat I built up because this damn protein. This was my first and probably favorite weight gainer! I like it cause it's a lean gainer and since I'm more of a mesomorph this works so much better for me. I'm using carnivor mass now about the same macro count and loving the results! Taste could be better though..
