My question would be on the fat soluble vitamins. Vitamin A, E D, K I believe in these areas I've found that the multivitamin contains more than 300 percent of the daily amount? So my question is should you be overloading your body with nutrients? I've seen some people complain about feeling sick and my concern is that's what's happening they're starting to develop toxic levels of the fat soluble vitamins. Im no expert but I would think about it before you start taking these every single day and 3 times a day. Maybe just 1 a day if you're eating well, and taking other supplements. Be careful

Some people need multivitamins, some do not. I have had doctor-recommended diets and exercise, some with and some without multivitamins. My blood work and health show me that I do need them, no matter what diet I follow. I have an issue with absorbing enough of several vitamins and minerals from food, but my doctors do not know why or what exactly it is. I've had test after test done since I was born, because they thought it was sickle-cell anemia and also a few other things. They still don't know what it is, and a few years ago, I told them to stop prodding and poking me to figure it out. I'm now 27, and I get my blood work done at least every 3 months to keep this in check, because if I don't, bad things slowly start to happen and get worse. So yes, for some people, it is entirely necessary. I don't think everyone needs to take them. Pay attention to your health, biology and blood work.

It doesn't even work, it's just a multi billion industry to trick people into "getting healthy". There's even a study that shows that some vitamins won't work if they come from a capsule or pill, it needs to come from a food.
guyz im 14 and been doing bodybuilding for a year now is that good and i pick alot of weights heavy ones too and been getting them gains but is that good to start bodybuilding at such an early age i didnt know it was early i just found it was early cuz everyone im my gym said ur so young!!!
I once heard someone say; "hey, you take multivitamins? You know in contrast to vitamins in food your body doesn't take in most of what's in those pills right? Most of it will leave you when you go for a wizz. So you're just buying very expensive piss in my opinion". I don't know if he was right, but I just can't take them anymore with that mental image now.....unless a doctor would tell me to do so.

Everything is not for everybody, i am so skeptical about many of these products on the market saying this and that, I prefer to use natural foods to eat for many things. To all of the haters. DR. Jim was telling us what vitamins and minerals work best together for absorption. Specifically when in the form of a multi vitamin. He didn't say that we cannot take the other vitamins that are important he was simply suggesting that we don't have them in our multi vitamins as they don't work we together. The other vitamins should come in the form of your food throughout the day and individual supplements. This is not a new thing that vitamins and minerals will counteract one another or have the opposite effect than what is intended if taken together with certain vitamins or minerals. At the end of the video he could have suggested a sample diet and timeline for when the multi vitamin and other vitamins and supplements, along with meals should be taken throughout the day.

He is correct to say that magnesium will interfere with calcium but that is only if they are combined. Take your mag and calc 2 hours apart. Magnesium is a phenomenal supplement and it helps regulate your calcium intake as well as other benefits to your body!

So overall. This only brand isn't too bad. Only one it has that you said shouldn't be in there is zinc. But it has the b vitamins and iodine. I haven't been able to find any vitamin K or copper supplement around here. So I just get it from food (which is better anyway)
