Go Nutrition Whey Protein 80 This is an amazing product but you can't get an authentic product with surety when purchasing from a market place as there are loads of sellers. Had a pretty poor experience there. I did switch to bodyfuelindia.com and have been purchasing from there, highly recommended, try it.
I think you might be wrong about the thickeners here. Things like Xanthan slow down gastric and intestinal motility. This may be a good thing for whey proteins because if the gut is slowed down, the whey will spend more time in gut and hence absorption will likely increase. This is probably the reason why thickeners are found only in those Optimum Nutrition products that have Whey concentrates. Optimum Nutritions Isolates don’t have these gut retardants because Isolates are absorbed quicker and don’t need to spend too much time in intestine getting digested. I may be wrong, but that is my hypothesis.
