the BCAAs per serving doesn't matter. Each serving I would take 5 tablets, which means I will get 5 gram of BCAAs Therefore, if I use the 400 caps container, I will have 80 servings. Then it is still affordable!

Since 20g of BCAA is the optimal dosage for a guy like me thats 192-195lbs.  That means I have to consume 40 pills per day to notice results?

Serious mass has a lot of BCAAs in every serving. My guess would be that adding more BCAAs to your supplement stack might not even do much. But it could be helpful to take your BCAAs right before bed so your body has something to work with through out the night.

According to the bottle that's exactly what the best thing to do is. Taking another serving before bed might help with recovery too if you want to take another serving.
