Awesome review of a great product !I have been using Amino Energy for couple pf years now - dont use fit or every workout but I use it when I know I will be going long and hard in the gym. I actually use it during tennis sessions too (I play USTA t 4.0 - 5.0 level) - kinda sip a little bit between games and sets. For me, personally, two scoops has been enough. Another thing I have noticed is that muscle soreness is significantly lower when I take this. Thats probably coz of all the amino acids in this and some BCAAsGreat product and awesome review man ! 100% right. It's not like other preworkouts. It does not kick, but rather gives you a very natural energy, like you were well rested (younger?). What people don't usually know about this amino energy - the amino acids in it selected ones that give you energy. It's not the caffeine only doing the job.... Works really well for me with arginine for... well... just for feel rested and ready. Arginine before workout, amino energy during the workout.I am not tired or too hungry after any workout on it.
