In this regard, Optimum Gold Standard isnt up to scratch. The king of protein powders mixed with water is Giant Sports Delicious Protein; nothing comes close. Runners up would be EHP Labs, Scitec 100% Whey and Muscle Nation. BSN Syntha 6 mixes up nice and thick but is loaded with carbs, so wouldnt recommend it.

Optimum Nutrition is my favorite supplement brand. There's others that taste good but over all ON is the best to me. My pre-workout, protein to multivitamins are great.

I unfortunately ordered the Double Rich Chocolate relying on a post that said it was delicious. To my dismay it is actually pretty bad and wouldn't order it again in the future. Now I'm stuck with a 5lb. container that I really don't like. Anyone else try this flavor? Oh well....
