First Improve your post Purchase service. Your AMC vendors like Reliance digital are saying Onida will give Post service and your customer care is saying Reliance will give Post service. The customer is suffering. I will never recommend having Onida AC. Post service is a scam. I am doubtful of Onida's management capability.
