terrible unclear advice
I set time, weight, and then was busy with visitors. When I got back to the pedometer, it was no longer on stride length. Now when I press "MODE", it goes through many options, such as steps, aerobic steps, kcal, and mile. Where is the option to set stride length? Must I remove and reinsert the battery to get the setup options again?
Get the written directions. He goes to fast and it's not quite as easy as he makes it look.
How do you turn it of? I forgot if it turns off by itself or do i have to fo something...

NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL. I HAVE A VERY BASIC PEDOMETER, DOES NOT HAVE TIME WEIGHT AND BUTTONS ARE ; RESET; SET AND MODE. HOWEVER WHOM  DID THE INSTRUCTIONS DID NOT HAVE A CLUE HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH, MISPELLED WORDS WRONG FIGURES IT IS NO HELP AT ALL LIKE THIS VIDEO
When I press the memory button I do not get a "set up." I have followed the written instructions, but it just doesn't go to a "set up" page. Very frustrating.
This video is very frustrating.  It skips too many steps.  My pedometer looks exactly like the one pictured, but does not follow his "easy" instructions.  Thumbs down!

If you lost your manuel or need the software, you can go to Omron's website and download it. Just do a search for Omron Healthcare.
Thank you for this. One question, how do I start again at 0 steps for the next day? Whenever I change it to 0, it keeps the calories and miles saved from the previous day and carries on.

You dont speak very clear
The white version does not include daily step counting which is frustrating. For both versions, in order to reset them, you need to remove the battery.
