Great video! I have a question regarding the irregular heartbeat symbol. The showed up one the times I measured my BP but didn’t show again after I retested twice after. This isn’t the first time this symbol has come up tho, I had it shown again once a couple months ago. Should I be worried?

Hi just a query, I am from India and doctors generally recommend to use left hand for bp reading as heart is on left, but u used it on right hand, so does it make any difference and which hand is preferred please ? Secondly, do we need 2-3 bp readings to get an average reading as single reading might not be accurate in digital monitor ? Thanks

I did not know when you saw the heart beat flickering it meant your heart rhythm was irregular. Wow. Mine does that all of the time, but I have a different type of blood pressure monitor.

Hi. I have anxiety issues and due to that I measure bp for multiple times in a row. Because my first few and sometimes many initial readings are high due to anxiety. Once I start measuring, I relax myself and then slowly my readings come back to normal. And doing all this on arm cuff can be painful sometimes and also makes me worried if it’ll damage my veins so wanted to know if wrist machine are better and easier measuring wise and do they inflate like arm cuffs or just read through the sensors?

I always get lower reading with my wrist cuff, but higher with the arm cuff, which one should I trust
I use my wrist blood pressure cuff at about armpit level, arms straight as possible. It becomes erratic/ inconsistent when I try other positions.

What about Higi stations? AND if a machine gives you a reading , then gives a higher reading when you haven't even moved ,just sitting, how is that machine anywhere near accurate?
