Understanding how these devices work, I believe: The Omron handle mostly measures upper body parts. The smart scale mostly measures lower body parts. Omron scale calculates both upper and lower body parts. That's why you have a higher reading here. Accuracy-wise, who knows what we can trust. However, Omron brand has a history of producing multiple medical devices. So, it somewhat has more credibility than many new brandings. The bottom line is that these devices grant users the awareness of their body composition measurements and encourage them to improve their physical health.
The scale which shows the least body fat reading is the most accurate.
What's the difference between this model and the 514C?

Dear Sir, I have this type of machine. It showing an error in weight and if we compare reading with other Omron machine , there is deviation in reading. I am livingin Mumbai,India . Please suggest , how to remove error if any.
You stand on the scale, it weighs you first, *then* take the handset out - otherwise it adds the handset weight to yours and the reading is inaccurate.

I bought this. Works fine, probably, but the visceral fat is BS. I'm a guy, overweight, I have a beer belly and it says visceral fat is in normal levels. Unfortunately both the mirror and the measurement tape disagree. Granted I have not tried it in the morning yet, but I doubt it's going to change that much.

What's the difference between HBF-375 , HBF-514 , HBF-516 , HBF-511 ?
The title says you are reviewing the OMRON HBF-516B scale. but the video shows you have a HBF-511 scale which looks similar, but not the same.
