Don't go for OMO cycles. Its worst support. i bought the cycle on october 2021, but both the break were failure, when i call to customer care, they respond but we didnt get the proper solution. So dont go for omo cycles.

Hi Guys, Please refer to this as a fraud complaint, since past 2 months this brand has been toying with me from their Instagram and consumer support channel. They keep processing and negating refund after sending defected products. Apparently done to many. Please do not buy from this brand. Since it's a small team assuming even the founders know how they operate. They try to rollback all defect bikes in long term replacement and refund processes. I can't believe I got into their 'made local' narrative. And has a horrible customer facing team for sure. Bhishma Choudhary Operational efficiency and faulty practices are two very different things. Train your team better! I never raised a complaint in the one month due to assumption that you must have some delays due to covid. But the way I have been treated, preposterous. Dont buy any omo cycle, their delivery sucks. I ordered in 4th july, it is still not yet dispatched and i cancelled it. If you have patience to order and wait over a month, you can certainly order.
