yaar aap please itni jaldi AC off na kare, aur customer ko pura sound sunne do AC ka initial startup. i want to see actual noise of the AC as its non inverter AC. hence sound testing is very important mobile mein app install karke sound DB level record karo first 5 mins ka from AC starting.

no doubt ogeneral makes good ac and also is a reliable brand specially window ac .the window ac can go on working well for many years if serviced and maintained properly. but the new series inverter ac has more maintenance and pcb repair if happens then you have to shell out more money comparatively unlike non inverter ,inverter ac has two or three pcb which can prove faulty due to electric fluctuations and service is a concern unlike window ac which has minimal maintenance good quality technicians and professionals are lacking which gives a bad reputation to this brand .all points covered o general have a robust built quality they don't compromise on quality the reason .that why i went for a Mitsubishi electric air conditioner because dealers were few in o general nice work .good review
