I bought window AC 2 years back. I'm sorry to say that there is no complaint redressal system. My AC leaked gas twice and the company asked me for quite a huge amount, I'll not recommend it to anyone.

i use this ac in my home, after 1 year(so no warranty) i got an issue with cooling, raised service request several times but didn't got help , with out services coverage it is waste of your money , don't fell for the brand name like i did , go for other ac which has wider service coverage.

एक बार Ac ख़राब हो गया वारंटी मे.. तोः फिर आपकी तो लग गयी... सही बोल रहा हूँ.. मेरा ac वारंटी मे भी 20तक प्रयास करने के बाद भी बाहर से पैसे देकर ठीक करवाना पड़ा... इससे अच्छा mitsubishi लेलो Ac और सर्विस दोनों बेस्ट.. Mitsubishi वर्ल्ड नंबर 1 AC है.
Ac अच्छा है लेकिन कंपनी की सर्विस सपोर्ट बहुत ख़राब है. कंपनी मे बहुत घटिया लोग है कस्टमर का फ़ोन तक नहीं उठाते.
