Not satisfied with your swatch pictures because clearly they've been taken under lot of light and are reflecting a great deal of the same. And we know they look different normally and infront of too much light, so yeah.
love how BUTTERY these lipsticks are! i love the dark purple look - 'Aria' i'll have to pick it up :) i recently got 3 of the velvet matte shades in 'duchess', 'volcano', and 'charmed' and i love them all
Liked your video .. What I like most that it is so real .. & my problem is just like yours .. Some nudes just washed me out .. I like street cred .. U must try Bloody Mary . It's also a dupe of Mac all fired up . Can u do more review on more colors ?
I'm pretty late on this video, but I really admire your pure honesty and maturity when it comes to responding to these negative comments. It's perfectly fine to have higher standards because you've worked at Sephora. It's like how a millionaire probably won't settle for a Honda Civic car. I never use high-end products because I'm only a junior in high school, but even I have very high standards for drugstore lipsticks (I don't wear any other type of makeup, haha) because I've tried some of the best ones and some on the downside. It's all about personal preferences, like how some of us prefer to date light-skined people while some are attracted to deeper complexions. Nobody is really judging (unless you're a racist, of course); it's just a matter of personal preference. I'm rambling, omg, LOL, but very in-depth and HONEST video! Keep doing you, beautiful. :-)
I hate when that happens. I have had some lipstick to where it kept sliding down while applying it to my lips. Matte lipsticks do dry out my lips too. I use a lip primer at times, but it can also make matte lipsticks run and smears easily.

I have the SAME problem with lipsticks! I adore light pinky nudes when I swatch them but they never ever look good on my lips lol so disappointing! Glad I'm not the only one who has this problem
