So I took MSM the other night before bed and my husband took some as well for his joint issues. First night of MSM for both of us. Well, we both had super scary stressful dreams (which neither of us have usually) and woke up at the same time with our hearts pounding. He dreamed we were in a modern day civil war and he was trying to get away from white supremacists and I dreamed that I was trying to calculate a plan to get away from a man who I just realized was a serial killer. My dream was so vivid and real. Every time I'd go back to sleep, I just kept going back into it, trying to figure out my plan to escape. I don't know if it was the MSM, but very interesting that you said that it gave you bad dreams. I had to tell you after watching your video...so crazy!

Not good in coffee...coffee will break down the nutritional. I do vitamin water.
Same thing happened to me! It helped my joints but gave me bad headaches but with MSM my hair grew an inch per month!
