CLA didn't work for me at all and that's with calorie restriction and intense exercise. This is a waste of money. The only think that helped me lose weight is intermittent-fasting. Combining calorie restriction, intense exercise, with a 20 hour fast is the ONLY way I can actually lose weight.

CLA is the best thing I ever took for stubborn body fat. It also does a great job with lowering insulin sensitivity in non diabetics to help prevent the disease. It takes away those carb urges for those who are trying to get leaner. It has been proven that intermitent fasting is really good to lose weight, keep it off and regulate your body's systems like cardio vascular, digestive, endocrine, your enzymes, and hormonal balance too. It can be brutal to start a regime like this, but these pills help out a lot but at the end of the day you should not live on these pills forever so eventually you'll have to create new habits that would help you keep the weight off
