YouTube popped this up to here's my update after a year of owning 820. It's awesome, STILL & now "black" fw update makes it even better. Camera works similar to 1020 + other goodies. Check it out. 820 just gets better and better. -cheers!

About the microfonen and earpeace this is not true iT had very good quality you should check your provider first and The camera in low light is one of The best. You say design is good but it Is not. It's thik and round havy and not good at all.

I was going to get this after using so slow and Laggy xperia j but the screen lets this phone down only 217 ppi and personally I like LCDS! So I just saved a bit more and got the xperia sp which is awesome!

One of the worst phone i had ever experienced. Very slow, heats up while long talk, hangs on VoIP calls, worst push email service, worst of worst phone. I have wasted my time and money on this donkey product.
I think 820 is better than 920.coz 820 using AMOLED and 920 Using IPS LCD.820 can slotted Sd card,920 cannot slotted SD card but 920 Phone memory is 32GB.
you dont like the design? what the hell you like then? the lame design on iphones? oh wait they made the c version now coz they saw nokia making huge sales from the nice colourful designs

I found my battery life is pretty good, besides with the charging pad its a lot easier to just pop it down when I get home and come back to find it fully charged
hmmm the back case in my lumia cant bend like that.. it's pretty strong and sturdy!

I have Nokia Lumia 820. I see your point in the plastic cover, but I have a matt colour wireless charging cover on, and trust me it feels way more better quality. the cover is thicker and stronger, the matt also doesnt feel as plastic as the glossy. Thanks for the review though
