Sadly, this is just another example of a low-grade YouTube review these days. Very little *actual* knowledge about the product and gives criticisms that a camera under $1k doesn’t have pro ergonomics and features. Like, really? And that voice... 😖

I am about to order a new D7500 (body only) and don't want to miss a trick by turning down the 18-140mm kit option as the lens comes at such a good price when purchased this way. I already have: AF-S NIKKOR 16-85 1.35-5.6 G ED DX V AF-S NIKKOR 70-300 1:4.5-5.6G ED V AFS MICRO NIKKOR 105 1:2.8 G N ED The 16-85 pretty much lives on the camera but there are times when I wish I had that little more reach and don't have the 70-300 with me. I am just wary that taking the 18-140 might make the 16-85 slightly redundant unless there are other virtues which I am not taking into consideration. Your valuable advice will be much appreciated.

You have obviously never lost a camera off a cliff, wall, building or in this case the side of a bus otherwise you would have used a camera strap! What a terrible idea to review a lens on a travelling open top bus - I learnt very little...which is a shame.

I bought a Nikon D7000 with the 18-105 "kit" lens 7 years ago. After I broke the "kit" lens, I bought a Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR II lens in 2014. The 18-200mm lens is a good combination of Zoom and Weight.
How NOT to do a demonstration of a zoom lens! Too much in love with himself, I think.
