I ordered a pair of Nike Metcon 3 womens size 7 training shoes. They were $120 fromNike website I ordered them in June last year and worn them maybe twice. I only wear them at home never outside. I am going to workout classes with my mom on days my Grandma has an opening at her workout classes. So I will get more uses out of them finally. Mine are white with a black and white design also some yellow, pink, orange and red colors on them. I usually use Nike Free Runs as my workout shoes but I didnt like how Nike changed the design of the Free Runs. I thought about getting the actor The Rocks brand of workout shoes on Under Armour website but I read bad reviews of the shoes ripping easily and overall poor quality design. So I just stuck with Nike.

awesome vid! what would you recommend for hiit classes that are high impact? (including workouts like tabata) the metcons feel like they dont have enough foam for high impact

Im new to cycle and am loving it! I want to get these shoes but hate changing shoes at the gym. Will I damage the cleats driving in them and walking in and out of the gym to and from my car with them on?What cleats do you recommend for SPD?Thanks!

The Nike Free x Metcons are definitely HANDS DOWN my favourite cross-trainers too! Super versatile, low-profile and stable. I don't do a lot of running, only shorter treadmill brisk walks (I have dodgy knees!) but together with the HIIT, strength and circuit training classes I do, they're perfect!
