i have a Neffos C5 Plus and when i have like 80% of battery and im on snapchat the the screen turns black and it shuts down, when i turn it back on the phone has just 1,2,or 3% of battery. i really would like to know if there is anything that i can do.
My c5 plus, bought yesterday, did not come with a silicone case - in fact, with any case at all.

Hi. I've got a little issue with this phone. First of all, I have to say that I loved the fact that a cheap phone like this could have such a great performance... Way too great for the price that I paid. But, there's a couple of things that disappointed me: 1. The inability to set a live wallpaper as a wallpaper, but I can understand that it is probably because of the purpose of Android Go: lightweight OS with the essentials in favor of performance, which having Live Wallpapers in will not achieve the purpose of it. 2. Volume for Headphones. Whether you use the headphones that came with the phone or any other headphones, you will have a very low volume audio playback no matter if you use an external equalizer to improve it. I presume that this phone is also kid-friendly and if the case, it makes sense since the kids are the commercial target. However, as It could be used by adults, should not cripple the audio system like that. At least there should be some trigger within the phone settings that allows the user to increase its volume. Especially for the 2nd point, does anyone know how to fix it?

The camera is 13 megapixel in 16:9 or in 4:3? Some smartphone are 13 megapixel only in 4:3, in 16:9 is "only" 10 megapixel.
some criticizm why not show the pictures in fullscreen transfered to your computer, instead of keeping them on the phone so we can see them better
