Hey I want to know one thing, I ordered Isopure Creamy Vanilla from Nutrabay and it tastes very diluted after shaking. It doesn’t feel thick at all. Is it supposed to taste thick like other shakes? I’m worried that mine is a fake product. Please revert asap.

Good carbs vs bad carbs. Good carbs: Potatoes, real authentic ITALIAN pasta, Oatmeal, yams, beans and rice. Bad carbs: non authentic pasta, pizza, beer, and processed white bread. Don't fall for the "omg all carbs are bad" ignorance. Carbs are pure clean energy. Just don't eat any of the above foods in excessive amounts. If you still get obese even without eating carbs in excessive amounts then you aren't getting enough B-1 vitamins or your body just can't use carbs for energy and thus stores it as extra fat. Only then is it that you should cut carbs out of your diet.

I bought this product today by accident, I usually buy ON Gold Standard Whey Protein. Which in my opinion is one of the best whey proteins out there. I guess I got sucked in by the marketing label zero carbs no sugar. Isopure recommends two scoops but I will only do one scoop, it does have a ton and I mean a ton of sodium. So, I will not buy this product again based on the high sodium and low BCAAs.

i am 55 yr old woman, nonweight lifter, 3 yrs working at maintaining a 129 lb loss. i have a tried a lot of the protein powders. this is the BEST one i've found to provide satiety. immediately after consuming it, i notice something very different about this powder. love it!
