I'm a regular customer of Naturaltien but this time feeling being cheated. the protein I received today is not even melting after many efforts but taste also pathetic. i think it's expired or something. packing also looks very old. previous two order was perfect I think they started mixing now as others company do.

I ordered naturaltein whey protein and it's damaged at various places with the seal being torn here and there. Even where it's not torn the package is rather flimsy and doesn't feel like it's belongs to a protein that costs upward of ₹ 2500.

Naturaltein has Natural Flavor added in that which technically has a lot of chemicals with the flavor as that is not regulated even if 1 percent is natural in the flavor and rest is chemicals to enchance the taste the company can market it as natural flavor, can you provide some more thoughts on that?

Sir I brought the vanilla flavour thinking it will be neutral in taste. But i think it has been sweetened with stevia. The taste of stevia, and the aftertaste of the vanilla flavour is making me feel like vomitting. I had to eat a spoonful of jam after drinking the shake. What can I add other than banana (i don't like the taste) to improve the taste of it. I added cocoa but still the aftertaste is horrible. I am not able to even gulp it down. Whole 1 kg is lying in my cabinet. Eveny husband has said he will not consume it bec of its taste
