Slow releasing protein and slow digesting protein are same in this(casein protein) case. Do I need to take digestive enzymes with it as I feel very heavy stomach after having it at night and not able to sleep at night and if I take digestive enzyme with it, wud I suppress its effectiveness by making it fast releasing protein. On front where myprotein branding is there, it as all sticker, and on back where we have nutrition n all, that whole thing is also stickered. Otherwise parallalogram is correct, arrow is correct, fssai sticker is there, font of "M" is correct. Now i am confused whether it is real or not.
