LOL this is just appropriate :D my order came in today :D so finally you got those flavdrops I mentioned before...toffee is amazing as well...toffee, white choc, choc PB and mocha are my favourites...btw on their website you can see the sweeteners used, only few flavors are with stevia, but I never had them and white choc is not an option for this...only those basic flavours like choc, banana, strawberry, etc. ...and in regards to that rhubarb and custard protein, that's a different flavour from egg cream so you either ordered wrong one or they delivered incorrect one...google what rhubarb is :D people make cakes with it for example, but I am definitely not a fan :D

Really enjoyed your video, I read everything about creatine on the Myprotein bit before your video. I have a question about the side effrcts. It said weight gain! Can you elaborate on this please? I’m new to taking these supplements as I’ve upped my game in the gym (I was before lockdown) and at home. The last thing I want to is gain unnecessary weight when I’ve already lost weight. If it means lean muscle then I’m down with that. But I don’t want to get fat again.

Is it recommended to still taking it while working out at home? Given the lockdown now? I’m talking about 5-6 days a week training including full body body weight, HIIT, isolated strength split between days and some running. But, not sports or heavy gym lifting!
