How many calories is it per scoop ?
would recommend dry scooping this product as a newcomer to preworkout?

Most pre workouts usually 1 and a half scoops is around the 400mg mark... like a fool I didn’t read the back of this and put 2 big scoops in my drink. I had serious diarrhoea issues after my workout for the next 3 days. Constantly needing to go a toilet because I took way too much caffeine and it acted as a laxative. It’s good but just don’t put more than 1 scoop 😭
Thanks for the review bro, yup i always use half a scoop on any pre workout, i am 47 and this pumps me up. I am a big fan of Mutant i use there mutli vitamine, MCT oil but i won"t use again too pricey, kreacong (great creatine no bloat no loading 4g per day) and BCAA, but i won't use again since research day its worthless. I got a great deal on Madness on amazon 2 30 servings and a shaker, so i can get around 120 servings if i cut in half.
I've always been very tolerant to caffeine. There's no energy drink out there that would make me feel energized, most of the time I even get sleepy after having a Monster Energy for example. With or without coffee in the morning I feel the same. But Mutant Madness is on a very good sale right now and I'd like to ask you if it's worth getting it for these other ingredients, would they help me get more of my workout?

My fave is loco(designer in white. Not werewold blood) it has the best focus. Had me sweating and no jitters or stomach unsettling no nausea.. had a great feeling like endorphins and remember helping out someone and talking a little happier downside is the cost. Definitely a birthday pre workout
A reasonable amount.of caffeine.is very much individual based according to prior.tolerance.. a heavy cofee user will not get as heavy a "hit" one way to evaluate is have the pre workout in a 1 litre bottle of water and take sips.. once you.feel.the hit pour the remaining mix into a measurement beaker. You can work the dose.. eg 500ml means half.a scoop of pre workout for example one scoop is 300mg of caffeine therefore 150mg.is the sweet spot Hope this helps

Yummy sports missed a scoop in the pre workout angry unicorn. I complained and they said they would mail one never did. I moved over to mutant and better product all around even includes a scoop each time.
This was the first pre workout I have ever taken in my life and true story i took it about ten minutes before gym and it was an arm day and i started doing curls and usually i do slow controlled reps but i went fuckin ape and i was going for 30 curls of 120 lbs and on the 30th curl i pooped my pants and i had to go home.
