I love the taste but im only using one scoop right now, maybe those who dont like it are using two scoops. Good taste , not chalky but to each their own.

This is the best tasting protein powder I have tried. I noticed a HUGE difference in muscle performance while hand digging graves. I ca dig MUCH longer before feeling any muscle fatigue.
Nitro tech whey gold is better, for time release : DYMATIZE ELITE XT is better. Because after drinking this I feel irritated and have a headache. I DO NOT have that issue with other stuff. I wonder why. ! Contaminants, dirty whey. I really don’t know. I heard n read too much dairy can irritate the sinuses and give reactions. I’ve never experienced that.
But will this protein be good for post workout also??

I like it, worth a try. 😃 I mix 3/4's of a 20oz cold water bottle and 1 scoop for 15 seconds. Smooth and not too thick. The brand 'Mainstays' personal blender from Walmart is perfect. I just twist the cap on without using the blender.

well iam not impressed with results,I have brought 4, 2.5 containers in 2an1/2 months an I gained some weight,also I barely eat but still haven't got cut, 1 container last about 15days if used everyday, really only need 1 scoop,I think I was using to when I first started.. but iam thinking its not good diet product cause of the 8hours thing which honestly is maybe 5 an a half but iam thinking of trying something else sucks I put all this time into this,it would be nice if I woke up one day riped an it was just slow to spare my muscles tho...
