I'm new to supplements and this had my hands and face tingling and I couldn't fully focus but I had mass energy which I burned at the gym....one scoop next time!!

Stuff makes my hands tingle, almost feels like they're "asleep".
Ive used a lot of different pre-workouts. This one does ok for energy levels at the gym with two scoops but nothing excessive for me. However, for some reason, this is the only pre-workout I have encountered that does not allow me to sleep at night. Im talking even 5-6 hours after my workout and the energy long gone. It must be one of the other ingredients having a bad reaction for me because I am not caffeine sensitive.
How does this product compare to lit?

Chung it next time. Don't take it slow, not an actual drink lol. But it's great, I'd give it an, 8 out 10 cause it works good. Price 8 out of 10 as well. Taste same as well.
Wait for 30mins to 45 mins
the first day I took it, I was so pumped and focused. I ended up doing an hour and half of cardiond wasn't even tired when I was done. Day, I took 1 scoop 20 minutes before the workout and didn't even get a buzz. I added another scoop (total of 2 scoops. I struggled through my workout) I could barely do 30 minutes of cardio. I pushed through nonetheless with 30 min cardio and 20 min weight. I started my work out at 6 am. When I got home after the 1.5hrs I was so tired. Even coffee could have given me a better buzz. Will try again tomorrow to see what happens.
