Fabian and hundreds of guys with the same goal experienced great results by using this technique. Hopefully it works for you as well.

There you will find a nice free video demonstrating the way to develop noteworthy muscles very fast while eliminating body fat simultaneously. This video made me want to to to sleep... and if you do not know the recommended portion sizes and have not tried the supplement for yourself, you should not do a review. I would like to see you take a full scoop of this without first getting used to it. For Me BPI pump-HD is a far better product, I have Assault and have taken it in the past but nothing gives me energy like Pump-HD

No, do not drink it as a post workout, it is not formulated for that. it is a Pre-Workout. You want to buy a Post-Workout also to get the full potential.
its called a pre-workout for a reason. if you were supposed to drink it after your workout, it wouldn't be called PRE-workout
