Phir 4 months lockdown or ke karan chut gaya ab wapis join kerrha hu 1sep 2021 se. Abhi tak nhi liya koi protien. And yr offer meh mila toh liya h but abhi tak khola nhi h. So should i start taking now or after a month or so??and bhar ka khta nhi jada digestion is good.
