Ok, I know this video is old, but I would really appreciate if you could get back to me. I have been drinking this for about 2 and half months now. I replace breakfast and lunch with the shakes. No snacking in between meals unless maybe I have an apple. I work out (cardio) at least 6 days a week for an hour at least each day. My goal is weight loss.
