I put water in the shaker first and then my casein. I mixed it for 20 secs and it was thicker than whey but not too thick. Does this mean that my product is different or is it because of putting water first and not the protein?

You can take double tonned milk in place of casein..But if you think by adding just peanut butter in protein, it will work as casein, that's not true. Aise to koi casein bechega he nahi.😁😁
Information in this video is not correct. There is difference between Digestion and Gastric emptying. There is no difference between whey and casein as far as digestion is concerned. The thing is gastric emptying of casein is slow hence it provides protein to our muscle slowly. Both whey and casein will reach blood stream same time but protein releasing in blood will be slow in casein and fast in whey. You can not replace casein by just adding fat with whey protein. So information in this video is not correct.

Mujhe laga aap ye bhi bataogey ki sirf doodh peena before bed at night bhi casein protein ka kaam krega.. so, don't go for casein or whey supplement.

Jus have milk or Greek yogurt .. add nuts and half scoop of whey plus tea spoon of peanut butter.. you jus need protein and fats before bed .. avoid carbs
