Instead of taking off points for a possible slide down during vibrations you should have gone for a ride with the unit in place. Even if you couldn't record the ride, you could have still given us your findings. As it stands, you have no evidence to back up your worry about the phone sliding down. Please post your test results so there's actually something to go off besides worry.
when i take off my phone the magnet comes out with iti tried rotating the holder to use the thinner opening but it still happens. how do i make it fixed

Using a "wallet" case that holds credit cards in the back of the case, do you think the magnet would effect the cards themselves at all?

I wonder too much cold air on the back of any phone will eventually ruin it or not! Especially on a Long Drive!
You just need to put the metal piece outside the case. ;)
So, the clear round stickies are used to put on your phone first, then attach the round magnet on top of it. This means if you want to remove the magnet later, you peel up the clear stickie and wont damage the back of your phone.
