I have the Marcy NS-912. What a piece of junk! You don't need any equipment to get a good workout, just check it out on YouTube. You could also get bands in place of weights to get a good resistance workout. Start with real food for better health, American diet (USDA food pyramid) will kill you.

I own one of these, terrible build, only used for 3 weeks and the counter stopped working. Impossible to set tension higher with the knob, therefore I could cycle very fast and the thing broke.
