Saw this game for £10 brand new. I might pick it up for my one x. There isn’t many games that I am tempted to buy for My Xbox but I might get this and rise of the Tombraider.
but it's all scripted, linear and hand-holding gameplay that's outdated. and no option to turn off HUDs, etc.
You cannot tell where is cinematic ends and game begins. Fantastic looking with my Hdr 4k tv and xbox one x. Sound is amazing too.

this game is fucking horible, totally unlike other tomb raiders, half the time you spend collect feather n boxes for stupid fucking bird costumes you wear, you never really have modern day gear, reduced to a fucking bow n arrow. horriblew all the way thru. dont buy!!!

Xbox X version looks solid, it runs at dynamic 4K (1800p dips) but that's still very impressive considering how demanding that game is on PC. After watching thag 22 minutes gameplay I would like to see more, so game must be very good

Lara is kinda annoying in this game
Walmart version of Uncharted 4, do not buy this garbage, the story is boring, the voice acting is horrendous, the gameplay mechanics are outdated, facial animations are dull. Rise of the Tomb Raider and Tomb Raider 2013 are way better but none of these games even come close to the masterpiece that is Uncharted 4 which has incredible story and satisfying gameplay and insane set pieces, it even has a great multiplayer mode and it's still active after 5 years!

Weird how lara has the worst face animations of all characters in the game
The only real issue I have with these games is that it might as well be a on rails shooter. Everything is way too laid out and easy to follow, but then again, so are most games nowadays.
I loved Tomb raider and rise of the tomb raider and I’m about to get started with Shadow
Sooo suuuupper mad. On my way to canyon ruins, through the tomb (when she leaves Jonah at fire) the last jump, after the tree climb and jumps to branches, that lands on the wall is broken. The “brick” is in a small patch- it doesn’t wrap around the rock so I can drop down on ledge. There is no way forward and no way back. I’ve never had something this game breaking occur in my almost 4 decades of gaming. I eventually will delete and reload etc but won’t be any time soon More than enuff games in the sea just bummed it had to be this one Arghhhh (Just happened yesterday so still lil fresh)

This game is really bad the only thing they focused on were graphics that a BIG problem game’s have lately they only focus on the graphics and then what the story is so lame and boring the combat that’s a mess bad controls always bugging stupid puzzles and then rating it high for what?? Because her boobs are more detailed!? This game is a mess

I’m playing this game right now. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m disappointed by how little combat there is in relation to all the traversal and exploration. Feels like I’ve spent half the time climbing shit and swimming underwater, which I don’t personally find fun in any game. The acting and writing is very good, and the combat is really fun which is why I’m especially upset there’s not more of it!! So far I’d give it a 7.4/10
