I had one but my dad lost my mouse I am so mad now becouse this is an beautifull confortable mouse to use for everything, even gaming. I use it to play Minecraft, becouse that is the only thing why i have a mouse for my laptop. And come on, who needs shortcut-buttons? i don't. Reccomandended! Gamers: Dont use the 4000 version, becouse the scrolling is soft and not usefull for gaming like minecraft. but it is good normal scrolling use :D

Not a very good Mouse, in fact It is an abysmal waste of money: Once the tiny USB dongle is lost (by any of a thousand ways that can happen), there is no replacements available from Microsoft, or any third-party USB adapters that will work, because although it uses 2.4GHZ frequency, it is programmed on the mouse with a certain channel, not known publicly (for obvious reason, following): Contacting Microsoft online or phone, you are told that the only solution is to visit the Microsoft store and buy another complete $29 mouse. This is a money-waster, and landfill filler. It doesn't matter how cool or amazing anything is. If it has zero replacement parts, and zero customer support, it is absolutely temporary, and worthless. By the way, another important thing to know: Microsoft's Mouse and Keyboard center software also does not install, encountering an "unknown failure". I disabled everything running that could interfere, and tried it on several other computers with different OS' and also everything disabled, and it still failed. Contacting Microsoft on this issue was also of no value.
