Only started training again 5 months ago and have only used Matrix proteins, gave my body a break from supplements for a month to see if there was much difference but will be starting again next week as my training sessions are alot harder even tho I eat a high protein diet, the Matrix proteins are excellent! Was overweight due to not training for 6 or so years and anti epileptic meds don't help withweight, but using Matrix I lost quite alot of body fat while gaining muscle mass as well.I was nearly 18 stone 5 months ago and am 17 now, so will keep taking this supplement when I start again! I'm 38 after all, so need alot of extra protein.I would love a review on the Matrix Alpha-Test if available.Thanks!
