I bought one 1,5 years ago and I am still happy with it. This video was one of the reasons I bought it so thank you! After watching this vid now I realised I need a thinner reso to make it more sensitive again, probably a 300 hazy. The current 500 makes it a bit dead.

I've been using this snare for well over 8 years so it's become an old friend. It can hang with heavy metal to coffee shop jazz. It's more than a single drum it's a dynamic instrument.... Not to mention how everyone comments on it's great looks. Get one, they crack like pissed off whip.

Had mine for about 4-5 years and it honestly is the only snare I’ve had that I will never sell or think of selling, it’s THAT good, I’ve had custom built hybrids (wood/acrylic/wood), Tama snare drums, Pearl, SJC and OCDP and honestly this always blew the others out of the water

I really appreciate your videos, very detailed and informative, but low tuning is, well, not low tuning. Both drumskins should be more down, especially reso head. But from prefered tuning I realize that low tuning is not your cup of tea.
