I got a sample of it from Frederick Malle and it’s gross. It’s the nastiest scent ever. I don’t get Violet. Why would anyone want a lipstick scented perfume. I own over 100 high end lipsticks and I think they smell nasty . By the way the $450 one is twice the size. You bought the small bottle.

I don't think I've smelled Lipstick Rose, but I have Portrait of a Lady. Yes, Frederic Malle's perfumes are crazy expensive, but I've received tons of compliments on the one I have. I actually purchased the travel size (three 10ml bottles) and it's not my everyday perfume (more for special occasions), so it's lasted me 2 years. I have a lot of other perfumes I also love. I'll have to give FM's line another whiff. Nice vid.

Lipstick Rose is my #1 "want" at the moment, but gosh WHY SO EXPENSIVE??? Wondering if I should get the 50ml for $192 or add another $88 and get the big bottle for $280 because its a better deal :/
I will have to check this fragrance out. So here in the US it costs $192.00 for a 50 ml bottle. Yes that Tom Ford one is less expensive than the ones in the brown bottle. I will have to check that one out too. How is the staying power of that scent ? TFS

I wear Frederic Malle Une Rose which is darker but Lipstick Rose is wonderful and fun. Try Serge Lutens La Fille de Berlin, deeper sexy mysterious rose.

I live in the middle east and here these lipsticks costs 60$ after conversion into usd. I managed to buy 2 discontinued shades which are really pretty colors. Although i spent 120$ im glad i did coz those are gorgeous shades and discountinued too. PS- even the current lipsticks retail for same price so i didnt pay extra jst coz its discontinued.
