Hey GAURAV considering you a good researcher of the nutrition subject, i slightly disagree with you here..could you put your opinions on this.. Dont you think the quality of milk from which whey is being extracted is important?? Which in turn is basically the health and quality of cows??🤔🤔 Since all WHEY PROTEIN POWDERS are sourced from A1 milk..i would like to point out ..it has been proven in various researches that A2 milk is much better than A1 milk (considering everything from quality to digestibility to nutrients) and being an indian too, indian researches show our DESI COWS much better than other breeds(like Jersey and Holstein from whose milk whey is extracted) Also these A1 COWS are artificially injected with hormones to produce more milk( which is the only aim of WHEY INDUSTRY) and after pasteurisation its basically removing all nutrients. These cows are cross bred creatures just for the sake of producing more and more milk (thanks to the whey industry), these cows have the deadliest of diseases and artificial hormones and there milk is not a percent useful. DO you even know why Our DESI COW which is A2 (breeds like GIR, THARPARKAR, SAHIWAL ETC) have been worshipped always in our culture and considered holy?? Its not just because all the materials produced by her are extremely useful. These are ORGINAL BREEDS SINCE THOUSANDS OF YEARS and not cross bred. It has a hump that contains the SURYA KETU NADI which has the ability to absorb suns rays for vitamin D and also there are several anaerobic bacteria inside the cow which have the ability to produce GOLD CHOLRIDES ( YES ACTUAL SMALL PARTICLES OF GOLD WHICH ARE EXTREMELY USEFUL FOR OUT HEALTH and that's why the ghee is also gold in colour) and many more beneficial nutrients in her milk. I will attach an scientific article which tells about the benefits of our desi cow...and i wish every indian 🙂to know about this...we are stopping the consumption of whole unpasteuirsed milk of DESI COW and just for calorie expenditure considering WHEY powders ...which is basically sidelinig the quality and just running after meeting protein needs.
