Damn guys. I'm listening to this demo on my studio monitors. does this pretty little thing actually sound like this?! Can anyone confirm or educated me as to whether the audio here has been polished in post or not? I'm heavily considering getting the mahogany body.
Do adults have to use full size guitars or can we use a 3/4 size guitar? I hate using big guitars since i'm only 5'5 haha

does this need setting up outta the box? i have this guitar but found it difficult to play. i sent it to the shop to get the strings changed but i'm thinking i might ask them to make sure it's set up properly as well.

I actually have been using my Journey Instruments guitar in the studio this week and it blew me away. You're right it is bit more pricey but I see it as another guitar rather than just travel guitar :-) And I'm actually planning a tour with just it ;-)

This looks and sounds very similar to my Dean fly spruce top acoustic. I wouldn't be surprised if it came from the same factory.

the main thing I find that lets Luna down…is their crap bags. If the teamed up with Ortega who usually manage to include good or reasonable bags they'd have happier customers
You must have either too heavy strings on there or 80/20s because it sounded terrible. PBs in 10-48 or 11-52 are perfect.
Can’t you just switch the strings around to accommodate a left handed person?
It is more like the size of a baritone ukulele. LOL
A left handed person can start to learn the guitar the regular. Because learning the guitar takes a tremendous amount of practice anyway for you learn to play it the right way. No need to revers the strings.

JR, When you mentioned that this particular guitar isn't the sort you'd go on tour in particular are you concerned that would be the biggest issue on it? Btwwhat did your granddaughter end up with? :)

How's the distance between the fret board and the strings? I just don't want to get it and have to press down really hard.
the nut would be backwards, and the bridge would be wrong as would the intonation. maybe worth doing on a more expensive guitar for someone who plays.
