There is supposed to be some sort of adapter box for the PC. You plug the 3 mini jacks in one side and there is a red and white cable that comes out the other side then narrows down into a mini jack for your computer I think. I have seen pics of the adapter online, but there is no mention of the cord or a pic of it....
I got this exact set but I'm missing the rear speaker. Do you think due to it missing, itl will completely render the whole thing useless? Because I can't seem to get any sound and I've tried everything. Any help would be much appreciated.

for somew reason only two speakers and sub work,,,i went threw the speaker config setup,,i tested it,,all speakers have chime noise come threw for the test,,but when listening to youtube or gaming only the two speaker sand sub works,,why is this,,plz help

I've had my x530 for 2 years now and only the master and bass ever worked I open logitech master control panel and do test they all work every now and again I try and fix it to no luck I hate them someday I'll buy another brand.
Most likely getting these for 10 euros, Even though it's 2016 now I still feel that's a really good deal!

I have the same speakers with you but it doesn't work. Only if a press test, then only it works but with music or YouTube only the 3 work, the big one and the 2 regular ones. Any solution?
Guy, I cant belive why 90% of the people buy such cheap shit... An all in all System under 300€ is SHIT! Buy Harman Kardon - Bose - Teufel and so on, but DONT BUY LOGITECH ! :D
WARNING: If you have/ buy these speakers ( X530 ) and expect a simple plug and play where you will have 5.1 sound instantly, without set-up nightmares ( unsolvable nightmares) -- you are dreaming. Your MOBO, sound card, type of connections and sound manager software are all a factor in how this will pan out. Good luck to everyone trying to get these to work as they should .......even with DTS activated in the software ...nothing but left and right speakers working. Been two weeks now flucking around with this and am no further ahead than I was on Day 1. I guess if I used that small cube that comes with this X530 sys where you plug your three cables into one side of the cube and then connect the other side of the cube to your line in port with the 3.5mm jack ...you might manager to get software generated sound through all 5 speakers ..but it will not be true surround sound. I've now had 5 "EXPERTS" try to solve this ....... all are lost !

Hiya, I'm guessing you must have an optical connection on your motherboard that supports 7.1. Therefore this speaker set up won't work.
My motherboard says it has Flexible 7.1-channel audio with jack sensing. Yet it only has a blue, green and pink audio port on the back, how does this work?

I have the Logitech X-230, the 2.1 version of this speakers.. Awesome to see logan sales pitching these speakers.. :D And I agree 100%, they have this super clean smooth sound.. great base that you can adjust..

how is it possible (if possible) to connect that surround system to a tv ? cause mostly they will just reflect the same sound once connected to an aux splitter and connect to tv via the aux out

I found these speakers in a box on the street the other day and am surprised at how good the sound is for how old this product is. Does anyone know if it is possible to hookup the speakers to my turntable? There is no Line IN or RCA output on the subwoofer :(
